Our ideal applicant will communicate effectively with our German-speaking customers. Ideally, you will also have a passion for music and/or audio-visual products. Whether you are a DJ, play in a brass band, drum in a marching band, or love researching the latest home cinema or Wi-Fi tech, your knowledge will be valuable.
You will be equipped to deliver excellent customer service, including answering inbound calls (and some emails) from customers and providing friendly, professional advice on musical instruments & equipment. Your daily activities will include:

Our preferred location is at our head office in York. The working hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays.
