Job Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to communicate effectively with our German-speaking customers. Ideally, you are passionate about music and audio-visual products, whether as a DJ, band member, or tech enthusiast. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, answering inbound calls and emails, and offering friendly, professional advice on musical instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
  2. Provide friendly and professional advice on musical instruments and related products
  3. Resolve challenging customer inquiries and escalate when necessary
  4. Be a valued member of our Customer Service team
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1/C2 level)
  • Confidence and a professional telephone manner
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Knowledge of musical instruments and equipment is beneficial
  • Reliable, committed, and highly communicative
  • An interest in music is a plus
Additional Information

This role is based at our head office in York, with working hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including discounts, wellbeing support, onsite facilities, and career development opportunities.
