We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to communicate effectively with our German-speaking customers. Ideally, you are passionate about music and audio-visual products, whether as a DJ, band member, or tech enthusiast. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, answering inbound calls and emails, and offering friendly, professional advice on musical instruments and equipment.
This role is based at our head office in York, with working hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including discounts, wellbeing support, onsite facilities, and career development opportunities.
