Job summary

Impact Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Experience Coordinator in Northampton. The role requires fluent German for B2B customers and a strong customer service approach to support, advise, and quote on products.

You will manage the sales process end-to-end, liaise with internal teams and ensure accurate processing of orders while delivering excellent service. This permanent role offers ongoing development and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer experience, support or sales.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent customer care and telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop the role and contribute to growth.
• Experience with CRM/e-commerce platforms (Hubspot, Zendesk or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer product requirements and provide solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead to customer.
• Provide quotes and pricing to customers.
• Process sales orders and quotations accurately.
• Consult with customers on the correct product for them.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and engineering to meet lead times.
