Digital Realty is seeking an ambitious Commercial Sales Manager (German Language) to join our multilingual sales team. You will identify opportunities, build customer partnerships and drive revenue growth across your territory.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial Management and partners to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions and exceptional customer experiences while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven B2B sales experience in data centers, telecommunications, IT infra, cloud or related tech.
• Proven success in new business and account management with strong consultative selling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to grow accounts.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Work with partners, alliances and cloud providers to create new opportunities.
• Convert marketing/partner leads into qualified opportunities.
• Deliver value-based presentations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline forecasting and account management in Salesforce/Clari.
• Monitor industry trends to identify market opportunities.
• Contribute to team revenue targets.
