Job summary

Sanity is seeking a German-speaking SDR to open conversations in the DACH region. You will own your pipeline from day one, speak with CTOs and CMOs, and translate the product's value into compelling messages in German and English.

You’ll use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to maintain clean data and efficient outreach, while shaping strategy with feedback to marketing and leadership. This role emphasizes hands-on prospecting, a high-growth environment, and a strong team-wide success mindset

Qualifications

Experience in an SDR role or similar, outbound prospecting
Fluent in German and English
Target-driven and motivated by meeting goals
Able to converse with CTOs and CMOs
Desire to win as a team and contribute to the whole
Handles rejection well and stays persistent
Looks for patterns to improve outreach and asks for feedback

Responsibilities

Own your pipeline from day one by actively prospecting and qualifying leads
Translate product value into messaging for German and English audiences
Shape outreach strategy through frontline conversations and feedback to marketing and leadership
Master Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to run a clean, efficient SDR operation
Help write and refine the outreach playbook as the team grows
