Responsibilities

• Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation to growth and renewal.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients at all levels.
• Partner with Account Executive to develop Account Plans for revenue growth.
• Lead impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
• Promote feature adoption and educate clients on software enhancements.
