Job summary

Exclaimer is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to spearhead the early sales cycle. You will generate pipeline through outbound activity, qualify accounts, and book meetings with senior decision-makers, acting as the voice of the brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent German speaker and comfortable engaging with prospects via phone/online channels.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience using AI tools to boost outbound productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify target accounts, reach decision-makers and influencers.
• Schedule meetings with senior decision-makers; articulate Exclaimer’s value proposition.
• Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and qualified opportunities.
