Job summary

Lifeplus Europe Ltd. is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to deliver excellent service to our global network. You will handle incoming queries, process orders, and manage changes using Puzzel while maintaining alignment with company policies and SLAs.

The role also offers opportunities to build customer relationships and contribute to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and German, with prior customer service experience and familiarity with IT systems

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or front-facing roles.
Bilingual fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
Proficient data entry and ability to record and manage customer information.
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems to track requests.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries via phone and email and process orders using Puzzel.
Make outbound calls to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Build positive relationships to support customer retention and loyalty.
Manage requests in line with Lifeplus policies and SLAs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lifeplus processes and product portfolio.
Contribute to ongoing development of Customer Care and wider business.
Engage in continual learning to improve knowledge and effectiveness.
