Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a management role within ground engineering or geotechnical sector.
• Diplomatic and hands-on client, sub-contractor and team management experience.
• Exposure to technically complex geotechnical contracts across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of contract processes from pre- to post-contract stages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, programme and deliver geotechnical contracts with senior teams, internal departments and subcontractors.
• Take responsibility for all assigned projects, review estimates and designs for suitability.
• Inspect works to ensure conformance with designs and company procedures.
• Ensure RAMS and HSEQ plans are prepared and implemented.
• Provide progress reports and support for contract variations and final accounts.
• Liaise with design and estimating teams to meet budgets and ground condition expectations.
• Lead with a client-focused, proactive approach while maintaining company standards.
