Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking experienced professionals to join our Operations team in Leeds, with periods on site across the UK. You will manage contracts, prioritise safety and quality, and maintain client relations while coordinating a motivated workforce.

You will contribute to delivering projects from mobilisation through site work to contract completion, reflecting our 60+ years of geotechnical expertise and commitment to career development.

Qualifications

• Experience within the geotechnical industry with knowledge of ground conditions, Drilling and Site Investigation works.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills to liaise with clients and regional team.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational control of contracts within the UK.
• Focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and performance to programme.
• Maintain commercial awareness and ensure project success for Clients and the business.
• Work with the Site team to manage contracts and supervise workforce.
