Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead ground investigation projects from our Harrogate region. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, balance commercial pressures and provide hands-on project oversight across cross-sector projects.

Formación

• Experience in a Contracts Manager role within ground investigation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of geology and geotechnical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of contract management, cost control and forecasting.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements in construction/geotechnical sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to technical excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects.
• Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to Project Managers.
• Oversee delivery of multiple ground investigation projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources and review outputs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Champion HSE standards through audits and improvements.
• Manage contract performance, cost, forecasting and resources.
• Support recruitment, staff development and business development opportunities.
