Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is recruiting for an experienced professional to strengthen our Operations team based from our Leeds regional office, delivering projects across the UK. You will manage contracts, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control and on-time performance, while maintaining excellent client service.

Candidates should have geotechnical industry experience, strong contract management and superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates with experience within the geotechnical industry.
• Good communication skills both orally and written.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Previous work experience within the construction industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational control of contracts within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control and performance to programme.
• Maintain commercial awareness to ensure successful delivery for clients and the business.
• Work with Site team to ensure contracts perform in line with budget and maintain a motivated workforce.
