Job summary

Citizens Advice Dunstable is seeking a Generalist Adviser to provide high-quality information, advice and support to people. You will deliver both face-to-face and telephone advice on welfare benefits and employment, with referrals for homelessness when required.

Training can be provided to cover welfare benefits and other advice areas. This role requires you to be a motivated team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, capable of working with vulnerable clients in a busy

• Refer to specialist support for homelessness or other needs as required.
• Training available on welfare benefits and other advice areas.
• Experience with advising vulnerable clients is beneficial.
