Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Banbury is seeking a General Showroom Manager to run a multi-million-pound kitchen showroom, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to installation.

You will drive sales to exceed showroom targets while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention, and you’ll own the performance of a dynamic showroom team in a market-leading kitchen retailer.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Banbury Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

Y ou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
