Wren Kitchens Limited in Bridlington is seeking a General Showroom Manager to run a high‑performing showcase with a £multi‑million turnover. You’ll build and develop a successful team, delivering superb customer service and achieving sales targets.

The role offers a base salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £70k, along with world-class training and strong career progression opportunities within our UK-wide business.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Bridlington Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

Y ou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
