Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Reading is seeking a General Showroom Manager to lead a multi‑million pound showroom turnover and develop your own high‑performing team. You will drive sales, ensure best‑in‑class customer service, and recruit talent to sustain success.

You’ll be responsible for delivering targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience, with a base salary of £34,900 and uncapped commission (OTE £70k). Weekend work is required.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Reading Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

Y ou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
