Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Dundee is seeking a General Showroom Manager to lead our multi-million turnover showroom. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team to deliver world-class service and drive sales from start to finish.

This role offers a basic salary of £34,900 with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of around £70k. You should be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a busy showroom schedule.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Dundee Showroom!
As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.
We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.

Y ou must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
