This schoolis seeking a dynamic and committed General Science Teacher to join a successful Science Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about teaching science across Key Stages 3 and 4, and who is eager to foster a love for scientific enquiry in all learners. Responsibilities

• Teach general science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support progress and curiosity
• Use a range of teaching and assessment strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Track and report on student progress, offering targeted support where needed
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources
• Support extracurricular activities such as STEM clubs, science fairs or trips
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Uphold school policies and contribute to the wider life of the school
