urbanbubble is seeking a General Manager to lead operational and financial management of a residential development in Glasgow. You will oversee lettings processes, ensure safety compliance, and deliver excellent resident experiences while growing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and driving continuous improvement across operations, with a focus on engagement, service quality, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing property lettings or residential/hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and people-management track record in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficiencies.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial management of the development.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the building and resident services.
• Create and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and value.
• Inspire and coach a high-performing team with clear goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent through coaching and reviews.
