Job summary

urbanbubble is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Greater London to drive commercial and operational performance across residential properties. You will support the General/City Manager, lead the onsite team, and oversee budgets, reporting, and governance to ensure excellent resident experience.

You will manage resident services, maintenance coordination, and compliance with key standards (RICS, ARMA-Q, H&S), while leading engagement initiatives and developing the team to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building management and H&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General/City Manager to drive performance and governance.
• Lead onsite team to achieve leasing, retention and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, contracts and financial admin.
• Manage resident services and respond to maintenance requests within SLA.
• Lead resident engagement initiatives and community events.
• Coach and develop the onsite team and support recruitment.
