Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial management of the development.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of building and resident services.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience through high-quality customer service.
• Inspire and motivate a high-performing team with clear goals and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent through effective coaching, one-to-ones, and reviews.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture with excellent staff engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience through high-quality customer service.
• Implement a resident engagement strategy including events, communications, and feedback.
• Maintain outstanding levels of resident satisfaction.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Report on compliance and maintain standards across the building.
• Performance and Reporting: Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
• Deliver lettings and occupancy KPIs in line with service level agreements.
