The Role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving outstanding results.

You Should Have |

  • Experience in cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Ability to influence and empower emerging leaders with training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Dedication to excellence in guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Strong financial skills including budgeting, inventory and labor management, and strategic marketing. Ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive.
