General Manager | Full time | Exciting new opening in June

The role |

As a General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to be their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is key, as you provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data meticulously to drive business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
