The role |

As a general manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations and standards high. You will coach and develop your team to be the best they can be, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders shines through as you provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Have strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data meticulously to drive key business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
