General Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and continuously develop your staff to reach their full potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving outstanding results.

Requirements:
  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel in influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Dedicate yourself to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either personally or through your team.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labour management, and strategic marketing, with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
