The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed expectations for our guests, maintain high standards, and continuously coach and develop your team to achieve their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Prioritizes cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
  • Is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects outstanding service and empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possesses strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing, with the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focuses on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Cares about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Is a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
