The role |

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
