Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the performance of a busy site in Northampton. You will lead teams, drive sales, manage P&L, and uphold safety, food quality and guest experience to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in branded high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Strong people leadership and talent development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, including P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audits and brand standards.
• Develop and coach your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain energy and positive culture to drive exceptional service.
