Job summary

Nando's is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the restaurant as the owner of the business. You will drive strategy, manage P&L, ensure safety and compliance, and motivate your team to deliver an outstanding PERi-PERi experience.

As the GM, you will balance budgets, forecast demand, and optimize staffing while maintaining a culture where Nandocas can thrive. Grow with us and take responsibility for delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading busy restaurant operations and managing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the restaurant and drive business performance.
• Inspire and manage the management team to deliver great results.
• Balance budgets, forecast, and manage labour effectively.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
