Job summary

Pho Manchester is seeking a cool, energetic General Manager to lead our team in a stylish, lively Pho restaurant. You’ll drive service excellence, financial performance and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a strong compensation package with a salary up to £50,300 per year (including tronc) and a bonus potential up to £8,000. Expect great staff perks and ongoing training in a vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' General Management experience (bar/restaurant preferred).
• Strong passion for food and hospitality.
• Confident in delivering financial P&L reports and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficient with systems such as Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee financial performance and reporting, including P&L understanding.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x2 years' General Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or both!.
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager in Pho, you'll learn everything about our fresh food..
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports..
• Experience communicating with suppliers..
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance, Open Table for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc..
• Remember, we just need a manager who GETS IT!.
