Job summary

Pho St Albans is seeking a cool, energetic General Manager to lead our team in a vibrant Pho restaurant. You’ll know your stuff, care about hospitality, and GET IT!

We offer a salary up to £49,500 with tronc and a bonus up to £8,000, plus great staff perks and training to help you shine. Join Pho and help drive a memorable guest experience in a buzzing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ General Management experience in bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of financial P&L management.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using systems like Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal and Harri.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver Pho-style hospitality.
• Oversee financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage day-to-day operations.
• Utilise hospitality systems (Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri) daily.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x2 years’ General Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or both!
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager in Pho, you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance, Open Table for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc.
• Remember, we just need a manager who GETS IT!
