Job summary

Pho Bristol is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role offers a base salary of £32,400 plus tronc, with total earnings up to £44,700.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, train staff, manage rosters, and liaise with suppliers while enjoying benefits like free meals, 50% off food and drink, Wagestream, annual parties, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Able to train staff and manage rosters.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Familiar with stock ordering systems such as Acquire.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
