Pho Newcastle is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role offers a base salary with tron-based earnings, totaling up to £41,600 annually.

You will help manage daily operations, lead training, and coordinate rosters while ensuring great guest experiences in a lively Pho restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for food and a strong customer focus.
• Able to train staff, manage development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using systems for stock ordering.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years' Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both.
