Job summary

Pho - Bristol Cribbs Causeway is opening a new restaurant and seeks a confident General Manager to lead the team. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive guest experiences and manage financials for a bustling Pho venue.

The role offers a salary up to £49,000 plus a potential £8,000 bonus, with strong staff benefits, paid every two weeks, and opportunities for progression in a vibrant hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum x2 years’ General Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or both!
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager in Pho, you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance, Open Table for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc.
• Remember, we just need a manager who GETS IT!

We’re looking for a cool energetic General Manager to lead our new team in our soon to open Pho branch coming to Cribbs Causeway

This is for a General Manager who knows their stuff, gives a sh**tabout this crazy hospitality world, and just simply gets it!

Salary offer of up to £49,000 includes earnings received through tronc.

And on top of that, a bonus reward of up to £8,000!
