Job summary

Pho Victoria is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will help lead day-to-day restaurant operations, deliver a great guest experience, and manage staff and scheduling while learning every aspect of our fresh Pho menu.

The role offers a salary up to £39,600 per year (base £32,400 plus tronc) plus benefits including meals on shift, staff discounts, pension, and Wagestream access for quicker pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for food and delivery of great guest experiences.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations as part of the management team.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and rota scheduling.
• Communicate with suppliers and manage stock ordering.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years' Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both.
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you'll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food..
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers..
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering..
