Job summary

Pho Restaurants in Bristol Cribbs Causeway is seeking a General Manager to lead the new team. You will oversee all restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance in a high-energy environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in general management in hospitality. You will manage supplier relationships, scheduling, and the brand standards while delivering Pho’s delicious food.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ General Management experience in bar/restaurant or both.
• Big passion for food; as a General Manager you’ll learn about Pho’s fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the newly opened Pho Bristol Cribbs Causeway team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and guest experience.
• Monitor financial performance and reporting to improve profitability.
• Coordinate supplier relations and inventory management.

We’re looking for a cool energetic General Manager to lead our new team in our soon to open Pho branch coming to Cribbs Causeway

This is for a General Manager who knows their stuff, gives ash**tabout this crazy hospitality world, and just simply gets it!

Salary offer of up to £49,000 includes earnings received through tronc.

And on top of that, a bonus reward of up to £8,000!

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x2 years’ General Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or both!
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager in Pho, you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance, Open Table for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc.
