Job summary

Pho Victoria in London is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. You’ll help run daily operations, train staff, and schedule rotas while delivering Pho’s lively hospitality.

Base salary £32,400 with tron, plus benefits including free meals, 50% off dining, automatic pay biweekly with Wagestream, and strong training during your first weeks and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both.
• Big passion for food and learning about our fresh Pho offerings.
• People skills for staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.

Salary offer of up to £39,600 is made up of a base of £32,400 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
