Job summary

Pho Manchester is seeking a cool energetic General Manager to lead our team and own the guest experience in PhoManchester.

You’ll need at least 2 years of General Management experience in hospitality, plus strong P&L know-how, supplier management, and comfort with multiple systems (Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri).

Salary offers up to £50,300 with a bonus up to £8,000, plus benefits like free meals, staff 50% off, Wagestream pay, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in bar/restaurant.
• Strong passion for Pho-style food and hospitality.
• Ability to deliver and analyze financial P&L reports.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Comfort with multiple systems (Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri).

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x2 years’ General Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or both!
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager in Pho, you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance, Open Table for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc.
