Nando’s Chickenland in the City of London is seeking a Patrão (General Manager) who will run a restaurant like a business, owning the P&L, delivering strategy, and driving sales while upholding safety standards. You’ll inspire the team, maintain exceptional customer service, and oversee budgets and staffing to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a General Manager leading teams and managing busy operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability.
• Ability to use data and performance trends to drive sales and improve performance.

• Motivate and engage the team on every shift to deliver the EXTRA HOT customer experience.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and labour management to deliver strong results.
