Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager in Salisbury to lead the restaurant, set strategic direction, and drive sales while ensuring compliance and safety standards. You’ll manage a busy operation, own the P&L, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional PERi-PERi experience every shift.

With 3+ years of GM experience, you’ll coach multi-disciplinary teams, forecast labour, and optimise profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams and busy operations.
• Experience owning commercial performance and profitability.
• Ability to balance budgets and forecast labour effectively.
