Job summary

Tenpin is expanding and opening a brand new centre at Queensgate Shopping Centre in December 2026, in Peterborough. We are seeking a driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, foster an exceptional customer environment and drive growth through local promotions and strategic planning.

You will manage a large team, focus on revenue optimization, training, appraisals and delivering company objectives while adapting to change in a dynamic leisure setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change

The Role
