Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is expanding with a brand new, state-of-the-art family entertainment centre opening at Queensgate Shopping Centre in December 2026 in Peterborough. We are seeking a driven General Manager who can create a fun, engaging environment for customers and a strong, capable team while achieving company objectives.

Responsibilities include building a culture of exceptional customer service, driving growth through promotions, and developing annual business plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on General Manager experience in leisure/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive revenue growth.
• Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.

The Role

• Creating a culture of excellent customer service
• Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery
• Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financial target
• Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.

Skills You Need

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
