This General Manager role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, growing the business through local promotions and central products, and executing strategic plans with a regional partner.

The position requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and a track record of driving revenue and performance in leisure or hospitality

• 2+ years of hands-on General Manager experience, preferably in leisure or hospitality.
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance.
• Flexible and highly adaptable to change.

• Creating a culture of excellent customer service
• Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery
• Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financial target
• Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.
  A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
