Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a driven General Manager to run daily centre operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive growth through local promotions and central product delivery, while building a capable team and an ambitious annual business plan with the Regional Manager.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong focus on revenue improvement, and adaptability to change in a dynamic family entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager in a leisure or hospitality setting and experience building and leading large teams.
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance.
• Demonstrated determination, enthusiasm and patience.
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a General Manager you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes:

• Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.

Skills You Need

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
