Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is opening a brand new, state-of-the-art family entertainment centre at Queensgate Shopping Centre in December 2026. As Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager with daily operations, team development and driving sales and profits, while ensuring a fun, customer-focused environment for guests and colleagues.

You will lead by example, manage activity across the centre, and help secure targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Able to lead and develop large teams.
• Ambitious and eager to progress within Tenpin Ltd.
