Tenpin Peterborough is expanding at Queensgate Shopping Centre and seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive a culture of exceptional customer service. You will lead growth initiatives and manage a professional team to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams.
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance.
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change.

The Role
