Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is looking for a General Manager to run a high-energy restaurant and own the P&L. You’ll set the direction, drive performance and inspire your management team to deliver memorable PERi-PERi experiences for every guest.

You’ll lead from the front, balance budgets, forecast accurately, and use data to grow sales and profitability. We offer development programmes, wellbeing support, sabbatical opportunities, and a strong bonus scheme to reward results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams and managing busy operations.
• Strong ability to balance budgets and forecast labour and costs.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to set restaurant direction and drive business performance.
• Inspire and develop your management team to deliver great results every shift.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, creating memorable experiences.
