Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Business Development leader for EMEA GTM Surge Acceleration to drive Generative AI adoption with enterprise customers. You will engage C-suite executives, translate industry challenges into actionable GenAI roadmaps, and orchestrate multi-team efforts across AgentCore, Bedrock, and AI migrations to production.

You will travel across EMEA, build pipeline with partners, and produce executive POVs and demos for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience in technology.
• 5+ years in one or more priority industries: Financial Services, Software & Internet.
• Demonstrated track record of engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in strategic technology and AI conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI engagement lifecycle across Surge accounts.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize industry use cases and partnerships.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams from POC to production deployments.
