Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to own the EMEA GTM for AI-native software development services, including Kiro, AWS DevOps Agent, and related offerings.

You will shape the narrative, drive enterprise adoption, and enable the field through scalable enablement programs. You will work directly with customers, form trusted executive relationships, and translate regional needs into actionable roadmaps while collaborating with AWS product teams and marketing to accelerate AI-driven value

Qualifications

• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives, both business and technical.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted software development landscape and how AI accelerates the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA AIDLC GTM strategy end-to-end—drive enterprise adoption of AWS AI-native services.
• Land AI-driven software transformation, map engineering priorities to AI-accelerated SDLC use cases.
• Enable the broader field on new launches with enablement content and playbooks.
• Build and execute scaled GTM programmes—workshops, assessments, hackathons, roundtables, campaigns.
• Engage with VP Engineering, CTOs, and architectures to align adoption patterns with strategy.
• Synthesize regional customer feedback into actionable product roadmap input.
• Influence Marketing with thought leadership and customer success stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Specialist, Field, Partner, and Marketing teams.
