Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide the largest and most complex AWS customers along their cloud adoption journey.
• Coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to deliver customer outcomes.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and roadmaps for customers.
• Lead change management, education plans and go-live events to ensure successful cloud transformations.
